Wenching Chiang is currently a Mandarin Chinese teacher teaching students from grades 6-8. She is passionate about learning and teaching in compelling language classroom to build Chinese language literacy skills. Strong belief that language acquisition is through listening and reading, she is a Compressible Input and TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) teacher since 2016. She enjoys helping students learn about Chinese culture, arts, and history.
With experience of teaching at urban setting public schools, I believe that students will only learn in a compelling classroom! Students accountability also play big role in the learning process.
