TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello, I am a high school CTE sports medicine/advanced sports medicine teacher and athletic trainer. I have been teaching high school grades 9-12 for the last 8 years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to think that my teaching style is very hands on. I utilize a lot of tools within my classroom to teach online skills to my students. I also use PPT lectures, notes, worksheets, and quizzes to build and test for understanding.

I have bachelors degree in athletic training/kinesiology and a CTE credential.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have been in the sports medicine field for the last 12 years, working at university, physical therapy clinic, and high school settings and use my experiences in my classroom. I believe a lot in learning by doing and try my best to incorporate hands on activities into my teaching.
