I have been teaching high school for several years, and love every minute of it!
My goal is to make learning hands-on, engaging, fun, and relevant to the "real world." I love using games to teach basic skills in order to make sure that my students truly enjoy coming to school each day.

I graduated with my BA in Early Childhood Education from Boston College, and earned my M Ed in Special Education (with a focus on severe disabilities) from Vanderbilt University.
I teach special education for 9-12 grade. Half of the day, I work with students in the life skills classroom. These students have severe to profound disabilities. The other half of the day I co-teach inclusion English and math classes with a general education teacher. The students in those classes have mild to moderate disabilities.
