Materials in SMART MOVE Resources are created by Li Fong and Jess Goh. Li Fong started to teach Maths and Science since 2002. She began to focus in developing education resources (including games and books) and programs that relate to Character Building, Maths, Science, Money Management and Global Awareness as well as producing animations of various topics in recent years. Jess is a Certified Pastel Nagomi Art Advanced instructor and Pasuteriasyo Instructor. This art form is an easy finger painting art using pastel powders which offers great opportunity for sensory activities - one of the most important components for all ages’ learning. She is also a music and movement educator for young learners from 18 months to 9 years old.
Li Fong loves to use games and activities to engage children in their learning. Jess loves to engage children using different sensory approaches since she is a crafter during her pastimes.

Li Fong has a Master of International Business and a Bachelor of Business. She completed a Certificate of "Financial Education for Children" and a Certificate of "Children Development and Play". She is currently pursuing Certificate of Early Education Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Jess is a Mathematics graduate, holding The Australian Kodaly Certificate in Music Education (Early Childhood - Level 1 & 2). She has a certification in Teaching the Arts in an Early Childhood Environment (4 to 6 years old) and Essential of Teaching & Learning.
Li Fong engages parents through different project and interest groups with respect to parent-child relationships using her M-B-R (Mind-Brain-Relationships) philosophy that focuses in Integration & Harmony and builds on Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and Ikigai. Jess creates "The Dancing Fingers" - a place to bring innovative art forms to the mainstream as well as creating a connecting medium, a space of freedom where different people can share their different art styles and forms. She is a co-writer for art ePacks and music & movement ePacks for "The Little Red Farm“ series. She is also a participating artist in Pastel Nagomi Art exhibitions held in Malaysia and Singapore.
