TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been working in public and private school settings for 15 years. In addition to being an SLP, I train new staff members (teachers, service providers, IEP chairs) to manage the structure of their school systems, and methodically organize the zillions tasks we are expected to complete, in a short amount of time.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Special educators and related service providers (SLPs, OTs, PTs, social workers, school counselors, etc.) are constantly juggling between treating students, keeping data, and tackling mounds of paperwork. I try my best to keep things easy and organized, using simple charts and data sheets. My style is minimalist, yet effective.
