TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I was a teacher of 10 years in the public school system. Five of those years were spent teaching elementary general music in an inner city school. I also taught middle school for 4 years and high school for one year. Now, I am a stay at home mom/teacher to my three little boys!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to teach music excellence with energy and a smile. I want my students to love music because they have experienced it personally and know the joy of singing. I teach vocal technique, music theory and music excellence by allowing my students to move, explore, and have fun. I adopted the Whole Brain Teaching technique to my classroom and have never looked back!
