TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Welcome to Sign with me TOD! I am a Teacher of the Deaf and have worked with students ranging from birth - 21. I am fluent in both English and American Sign Language. Adapting and differentiating instruction is very important to me as I do it on a daily basis, across all subject areas in order to help my students access and learn all information that is taught at their independent reading, writing, and learning level!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style includes a hands on approach to learning. I focus a lot of my school day on adapting and differentiating instruction for writing and reading. Therefore, my students are not frustrated when they come across a writing or reading assignment, but enjoy what we are writing or reading about and want to do more!
