TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 5th grade general education teacher. I teach math and science currently. I was a 3rd grade inclusion teacher. I have taught reading, writing, and ELA as well as math, science, and social studies in third grade. I have some experience in 4th grade inclusion (math, science, and social studies) as well as 1st grade EIP, Kindergarten inclusion, and 2nd grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to teach in small groups of all kinds. Very rarely do I teach whole group instruction for an entire period. Science experiments are my favorite thing to do with my students!

I graduated from Georgia Southern University in December of 2010 with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. I then graduated from the American College of Education in May 2014 with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction.
