MY TEACHING STYLE

My students say that I am fun, but strict. I'd like to think that I hold high expectations for all of my students. I strive to create innovative lessons that are motivating and relevant for my middle school students. I think teaching should include a balance of strategies such as inquiry, direct instruction, and collaborative learning. I believe in "killing them with kindness" and that patience is one of most important virtues as a middle school teacher.
