I was raised and educated in Italy but moved to the UK where I completed a QTS course for Primary School Teachers. I am a qualified primary School Teacher, both in the UK and in Italy. I taught in the UK for 8 years, ranging from from Reception to Year 6. I then moved to Italy to an IB inspired International School, where I taught for 6 years. I have recently moved to the USA. During my years as a teacher I had autistic children, G&T children and children with English as Additional Language. I covered the roles of Creative Curriculum Coordinator, MFL Coordinator, International School Award Coordinator, Head of Year, PYP Coordinator and Exhibition Coordinator. I also wrote Spanish resources for the LEA in Trafford, UK.

I have always wanted my children to succeed, each one of them in their own way, according to their abilities. I have always believed in an inclusive school, where students support each other and learn according to their learning style, be it visual, kinesthetic, auditory, reading/writing. I have created many resources to engage and motivate the children, but also to help their hand-eye coordination, their creativity and cooperation skills.

In my leisure time I volunteer as an EMT and I have now joined the Fire Service in Wexford, Pennsylvania, as I have recetly qualified as Exterior Firefighter. I have been involved with newfoundland dogs for the past 20 years, doing water rescue training and draught work.
