RicaMore To Learn - with Heather Ricamore

Former middle school science teacher who is deeply passionate about helping fellow educators with meaningful resources that can be easily used in their very own classrooms. One of my life goals is to help others find easier ways to maintain a "work-life balance" because we are so much more than "just teachers". There is so much more to life and so much "More To Learn"!

I aim to foster a caring environment that allows students to thrive academically, personally, and socially. Mix that with a dash, or more, of sarcasm and silliness and my students will always have a safe place to learn...and not just about science material!

I have a B.S. in Interdisciplinary studies, 4-8 Science with English as a Second Language from Tarleton State University, a part of the Texas A&M University System.

RicaMore To Learn has become the philosophy that not only guides my work life but also my personal journey as a new wife, stay-at-home stepmom to 5 kiddos, and "mom" to a rescue cat named Jack who loves to cuddle, and yell when hungry. If you're not sure if that describes the kids or cat, you're right either way!
