TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught 7th and 8th grade Life and Physical Science in South Central Los Angeles for 5 years, and 9-12th-grade Health and AP environmental science for one year. Aside from academic content, I also lead a Boys Academy life skills group as well as being a Debate team coach. Personally, I am a member of Educators 4 Excellence-Los Angeles, teacher-led education policy and advocacy nonprofit, a blogger for Education Post, and a NASM certified personal trainer.
