I have taught in both the regular classroom and as an instrumental and vocal music teacher, from elementary through high school. This diverse perspective has given me the background to appreciate the point-of-view of both the classroom teacher and the elective/specials teacher to make decisions beneficial to both sides in my instructional materials.
I appreciate the student-driven approach to learning. I realize not all students learn the same way and therefore require varied approaches to make learning fun!

I have five beautiful children and a husband who is a band director, so there is lots of school talk at our house on a regular basis.
