Our “3 C's” model forms our resilience framework. We know that youth who develop confidence, learn calming skills, and increase interpersonal connections will build greater resilience and well-being. Molly and Jill empower and serve teachers, counselors, therapists, and parents who want to teach young people skills they need to better coach their brains for greater well-being and resilience. We understand our students and youth need as many “tools'' in their toolbox as we can give them. We are influenced by the science of positive psychology, counseling techniques, self-regulation, cognitive behavioral therapy, sensory processing, executive functioning, and brain science.
