She obtained her M.A. degree in Educational Psychology from CUNY-Hunter. And she is multiply certified as a Wellness Coach, Life Coach, Career Coach, Pharmacy Technician, Fitness Instructor, Herbal Complementary Medicine Instructor, and Health Education Specialist.

She is a pro bono psychologist plus behavioral health & wellness clinician and psychology instructor as well as a non-profit charitable organization administrative service worker.
