TEACHING EXPERIENCE

8+ years in 4th grade! I've previously taught, 1st, 2nd and 5th grade as well. I'm also an experienced gymnastics coach for girls and boys ages 3-12 years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is hard to describe… I'm laid back and strict at the same time. It is my ultimate goal to foster independence in my fourth grade classroom. Currently I'm practicing a mixture of Whole Brain Teaching and our PBIS school wide management.

I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Missouri State University and a Masters degree from Webster University in Education and Innovation with an emphasis in Global Stabilization and Technology Integration. I am also certified Birth-3rd grade and 1st-6th grade.
