This classroom news letter was designed to be simple but informative. I do not like too much clutter on my notes home as I feel it overwhelms parents. I put the basic vocabulary within a unit we are working on, math skills we are currently working

This form was made to get my young kiddos writing! One of the Georgia writing standards is write, dictate or draw your opinion about a book. Because my kiddos struggle so much with writing, I wanted to come up with a way that they could "write"

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently going on my third of year teaching special education and I could not love my job more! Specifically, I teach pre-k and kindergarten deaf and hard of hearing students. This basically means that I specialize in teaching students who have varying degrees of hearing loss. In addition to teaching all subject areas, I teach and emphasize language development constantly. Language development is extremely important for my students and is a primary focus in my classroom. Although I teach a unique group of kiddos, I still use many of the resources a general education teacher would use. I can truly say that I would not have made it through my last two years of teaching without Teachers Pay Teachers. It has driven so many of my lessons and has driven me to create resources of my own. I am just beginning but excited to join the TPT family! I hope you all enjoy!
