TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught Kindergarten for 5 years and am back in 2nd grade for my second year.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is hands-on, meaningful, interactive experiences for all students. I strongly believe that all students can reach their full potential if given the appropriate tools and I strive to provide those tools.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have been the Team Leader of my grade level at my school. I also work as a recruiter for my county.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a Reading Endorsement from Kennesaw State University. I also have my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Accomplished Teaching from Valdosta State University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

When I am not teaching or creating products I enjoy hiking, reading books, spending time with my family and friends, and cuddling with my dogs, Zeus and Junie (B. Jones).
