Diane has 25 plus years teaching experience at middle and high school levels.

Diane believes in a challenging, empowering, equitable curriculum. She uses active learning, mulitple learning approaches and varied assessments to have no failing students. Diane motivates students, individualizes instruction, asks higher order questions and utilizes critical thinking skills. She grades without averaging using formative and summative assessments while maintaining no failing students.
