New to teaching 5th grade. Past 4th Grade Level Chairperson. Past Member of the Math Leadership team at the school I work at. Technology leader for the 4th grade at the school I work at. Technology "go to" person for the other 4th grade teachers.
A.A. in Pre-School Teacher Training from Southwestern Community College in San Diego B.S. in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University
Growing up a Navy brat, I moved all over the place, though I don't remember any of the stations my dad was at except the last one, San Diego. I went to school in San Diego, from Kinder all the way to getting my A.A. from Southwestern Community College. I didn't get my teaching degree until I moved to Arizona. Graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2005 ((Go Lumberjacks!!)), I began working at the local Intermediate school in August of 2005 and have been at the same school ever since. I taught 4th grade from 2005 - 2018 and was recently moved to 5th grade for the 2018 - 2019 school year. My school received a technology grant which was used to purchase tablets for the students, and laptops for the teachers. With the purchase of the laptop, so came the ability for me to create better task cards more quickly than what I could do before ((hence the fast expansion of my TpT store))
