TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 18 years. I have taught preschool, kindergarten, and instructional technology to grades KG-5. I have taught in traditional classrooms, as a resource teacher, and as a nature educator. Most recently I am teaching as a kindergarten teacher at a private school in Baltimore.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I feel that before you can teach you must meet a child's needs. If a child does not feel secure, wanted, loved, and nurtured then teaching will not be possible. Smiles and hugs are magical and necessary. Teachers need to help children behave as a society we envision for the future. Hold yourself and your children to a higher standard and learn to forgive yourself and others.
