My Homegrown Symphony

I have been teaching music for over 20 years from children ages 4 to adults in their 80's! Since graduating from University, I have had the privilege of teaching music privately, in group settings as well as in a classroom setting. My experience: ~ taught private violin, piano and voice lessons. ~ taught guitar, hand bells, recorder and prepared a school music department for their musicals. ~ am the artistic director of an international traveling Children's Choir. ~ a professional violinist who freelances around the Vancouver, Canada area. ~ directed many adult choirs as well as church choirs. ~ have sung and toured with a Southern Gospel group for over a decade. ~ have led church music teams for over 20 years

I love children and all the unique personalities and abilities they bring to the classroom or to their private lessons. I enjoy more than anything trying to find creative ways to blend musical themes with unique activities, ideas and experiences for children.

~ Completed Level 10 Royal Conservatory Of Music Examination on the Violin ~ Graduated with a B.MUS in Violin Performance from Biola University in Southern California.
