I have taught at the middle and junior high level for 20 years. I am currently teaching at the high school level, teaching Foods and Nutrition, Textiles, Family Studies and Child Development. This will be my 25th year.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I deliver all my lessons via Powerpoint where everything is at a click of a button. My demos, videos, exemplars, lessons/instructions are all embedded into Powerpoint and this has made teaching so much easier as I can find everything so easily.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have a passion for graphic and computer design. I teach solely using Powerpoint and embed all graphics and images into this program. I have given workshops to the Home Economics teachers of my province of British Columbia and have been given accolades on the quality of my work. My presentations are engaging, inspiring and extremely graphic and kid friendly for the classrooms.
