I just finished my 5th year of teaching, but I pride myself on continuously learning about education and developing my own methods for teaching.
I incorporate a healthy balance of direct instruction and guided inquiry into my classroom. I love hands on activities, but I also believe that some things just need to be taught through direct instruction of the teacher. I love to laugh and have fun with my students, but I make sure that my students know from the beginning that when Mrs. Seal gives that look, it's time to be serious!
