TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my teaching career as a 1st grade teacher, but am thrilled to now be in 4th grade! I also have experience in 3rd and 5th grade. In the middle, I spent ten years at home raising my kids and during that time, I taught part time at a learning center and I wrote curriculum for an education company.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal as a teacher is to create a safe & positive environment where my students feel comfortable taking risks in their learning. I love to have fun and often include hands-on and creative activities into our daily lessons!
