After many years of fumbling through various jobs, trying to figure out what I wanted to do, the skies opened up and the angels sang, "You need to be a teacher." And so that's just what I did and I've never been happier. I'm in my second year teaching full-time at a First Nation school and can't believe that I am lucky enough to spend my days guiding these children through their educations. Life just doesn't get any better!
It's all about the fun :D

I'm a lifelong learner. So far I've acquired a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a degree in Applied Mathematics, my BEd in junior/intermediate, ABQ for senior math, and I recently acquired my specialist in primary/junior math. My favorite learning is what happens in my classroom though. I continue to learn life's most valuable lessons everyday.
Along with having the best job in the world, I am married to a wonderful and supportive man. We have six children - his, mine, and ours - with ages ranging from 19 to 4. It's a busy busy life but I wouldn't trade a single moment.
