TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my 5th year of teaching, I’ve taught 7/8 grade math/social studies, 2nd grade and current 3rd grade. Prior to teaching I worked 10 years in Social Services in Foster Care agencies as Public Relations/Recruiter directing training and administering foster parents education processes. I also spent 10 years as a American Red Cross instructor.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love my scholars to learn through hands-on, collaborative lessons designs, and through multiple means of expression. Not all students learn the same, nor do they express their understanding the same neither. So why not allow them to show their understanding through various means. I love to see various forms of understanding from all my scholars.
