Welcome to my Teachers Pay Teachers platform! With over 20 years of experience working with children living with special needs, I am dedicated to providing high-quality resources and support for educators. My background includes training and promoting growth in life skills, social skills, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills. I specialize in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of students, creating resources that accommodate various learning styles, and customizing communication tools to ensure equity and inclusion in the classroom. I am also passionate about mental health awareness and promotion, consulting with organizations on workplace mental health and psychological safety. As a trained crisis response provider and certified firefighter, I bring a unique perspective to my work, promoting critical thinking and implementing behavior strategies that support student success. My goal is to create resources that empower students and enhance their learning experience.

With a diverse educational background and extensive experience, I am committed to providing valuable resources for educators. As a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker program, I bring a deep understanding of child development and behavior management to my work. My A.B.A training allows me to incorporate applied behavior analysis techniques into my resources, helping students with special needs thrive in the classroom. In the realm of fire safety, I hold certifications in NFPA 1001 firefighter levels one and two, NFPA 1041 fire services instructor, and NFPA 472 hazardous material handling. Furthermore, my expertise in mental health and psychological safety is extensive. I am a certified crisis responder and hold a master certificate in workplace mental health. I also possess a psychological health and safety professional certificate and have received training in regimental health readiness for psychologically safe workplaces and trauma-informed leadership. My platform offers a wide range of resources tailored to support educators in creating inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments for all students.
