TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Total I have 10 years in the education system. My first six years I spent my days as a middle school science teacher and girls athletic coach. Like most educators, I still felt like I was failing my students and that so many students lacked the foundational skills needed to do basic tasks. I then transitioned my career over to the therapy world and became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I now travel to various schools to provide support in the areas of fine motor, pre-writing, letter formation, visual scanning, self-regulation and so much more.
