Miss Grey's Classroom

I have worked in Kindergarten, First, Third, and Fourth Grade. The bulk of my teaching experience is in independent school settings, however I also worked and interned in a public school in Washington, DC. I previously lived in New York City for three years and I am currently a privately contracted teacher working with Kindergarten and Third Grade students in Montana. I have tutored children from PreSchool through Fifth Grade in a variety of subjects and I plan to return to a traditional school setting for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Dean's List for High Honors, School of Education, 5 semesters

I grew up overseas in Dublin, Ireland, and London, England. I attended Montessori, religious, and independent schools until 7th Grade and then I attended an international school for the remainder of middle and high school. I moved to Washington, DC for college and then to New York City post-grad. I am a certified public school teacher through the District of Columbia Public School System. I continuously strive to learn all I can about my profession by attending professional development programs and seminars seasonally and PD webinars as often as possible. I have engaged in many social-emotional professional development trainings, health and safety trainings, mathematics PDs, diversity, equity, and inclusion PDs, and reading and writing workshops.
