TEACHING EXPERIENCE First Grade Teacher August 2011- Present • Full time 1st grade teacher • Develops lesson plans, instructional materials, provides individualized, and small group instruction to adapt curriculum to the needs of each pupil. • Create a functional and attractive environment for learning through display, bulletin boards, and interest centers. • Science liaison for the 1st grade • Establish and maintain standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere. • Attends weekly professional learning community meetings • Attended the NCEA 2012 Conference in Boston Ma.
