TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Teaching high school English has been my passion for the past 16 years. I have taught 9th and 10th grade English, and I have worked in on-level, support facilitated, and Pre-AP classroom settings.

MY TEACHING STYLE

While I do some teacher-center teaching, I do prefer my classroom to be student-center with me acting as the facilitator. I’m always looking for new ways to engage my students with group activities that require students to collaborate and think deeper by experiencing how other students learn.
