TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a Primary School Music Teacher who also has experience working in a general classroom setting for both upper primary and junior primary. I also teach private music lessons to students as young as 5 through to students as young as 70! I have been teaching for the past 3 years and have had the opportunity to work with many different educators and students, becoming familiar in working with multicultural, vast socio-economical and multi-lingual students and families.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to teach by telling stories and having fun. If I can turn it into a game or make it into a story I will do that rather than stand up the front and teach. I'm a big believer in self directed learning and allow students to explore subject matter in the classroom in a safe and structured environment.
