TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I will be starting my eighth year of teaching this fall. I student taught in Kindergarten. I taught 5 years in Second Grade and I will be starting my 3rd year in First.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am an out of the box, flexible, spontaneous, creative teacher. I rarely fit the typical teacher mold but I am insanely passionate about what I do!

I received my Elementary Education degree from Southwestern Assembly of God University and my Masters of Education in Reading and English as a Second Language from Dallas Baptist University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am passionate about Reading and I hope to one day be a Literacy Coach. Until then, I love finding new ways to spark literacy in my first grade classroom.
