I began my career teaching College Algebra at the university level. I spent a year teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Discrete Math at a high school. The next year I was back at the university supervising student teachers. I taught 7th grade math, 8th grade math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Algebra 3 with Trig at a rural K-12 school the next year. Last year, I moved to a different city and taught Honors 6th grade, Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 2, and IB Math 1. This year I will continuing teaching at the same high school.
My biggest goal is to get students excited about math. I work hard to create new and interactive ways for my students to do and experience math.
