MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I attended the University of Georgia, where I earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics Education. I also earned a Specialist Degree from Piedmont in Curriculum and Instruction.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Originally from Toccoa, GA, I moved to Athens in 2008 to attend UGA. I taught 8th grade math in Athens for 5 years, but eventually moved to Hartwell, GA where I now teach 9-12 mathematics. Teenagers can be weird, and not many of them are enthusiastic about learning math. But they hold a special place in my heart, and I can't imagine doing anything else right now!
