I've spent my 25 years in helping teachers and students understand the beauty and relevance of mathematics! Through this product, students will make connections with the math they are learning to things that are relevant to them such as: Art, Computers, Airplanes, Health, Budgets, Careers and so much more!

My teaching style centers on a three main philosophies: 1. Student-Centered and Socratic. As much as possible, we lead through questions so that the students make sense of the problems in order to find their own answers. 2. Problem-Solving and Critical-Thinking Focused - We like multi-dimensional problems with multiple entry points. 3. Relevancy, Engagement and Fun - If students don't see relevance or don't have fun in their experience, they don't learn.
