10+ years of classroom teaching. Enjoying my 2nd year as a homeschool mom! My boys are 7 and 8, and they keep me on my toes. I enjoy creating fun, educational content for early elementary teachers, students with special needs, and homeschool families.
Interrelated (co-teach models, resource models) was my niche! I thrived when teaching in small groups focused on target skills, driven by IEP goals. I loved planning with Gen. Ed. teachers to make the best use of my time in their classrooms. I let students to participate in goal setting and progress monitoring, giving them ownership and pride in their personal successes.
