TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I started out my teaching career as a 1:1 special education assistant in the Los Angeles Unified School District. After receiving my bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, I went on to receive my teaching credentials from Cal State University, Northridge. I then began teaching at Dr. J. Michael McGrath Elementary school and have been there every since! In 2009, I earned my masters of arts in elementary school education. I have been a teacher for 16 years! I have taught 1st and 2nd grade, but have spent most of my years in 3rd grade and 6th grade. I am currently a 6th grade elementary school teacher.
