MY TEACHING STYLE

Creating an environment in which students feel welcomed and loved is my priority. I've had experience with many grade levels and have come to realize that I love the style of the primary grades but enjoy getting to know the older (and somewhat sassier) students of upper elementary/middle school. I want them to grow academically in my classroom, but also socially. Many of my products have opportunities for students to conference with their peers to discuss their solutions or for students to come up and teach the class themselves (only for a minute or two of course).
