TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience teaching students in Kindergarten-Eighth Grade. I have my M.Ed in Curriculum, so I am adept at constructing inquiry based science curriculum to reach a wide range of needs and abilities. I am endorsed in ESL, so many of my lessons have adaptations available for students who are not fluent in English.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My lessons are designed to be engaging and inquiry based. I like to teach using a variety of methods to meet the needs of a diverse student group. Students often work together to discover meaning and learn new content. Science should be exciting, and help students learn more about the world we live in.
