I'm was a professor of mechanical engineering at an R1 institution for 11years. I served as a faculty member with a research specialty in Energy and Propulsion. I was also an administrator for several years. I have since decided to make materials that will help others better understand Engineering concepts and have fun while doing so.

My teaching style is leaner-based and promote an interactive environment. I encourage discussion and group work. This is likely reflective in the materials that I have available.

I have a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma. I was a professor of mechanical engineering for 11 years at a R1 institution and served as a faculty and administrator for several years.

I have small children and love to spend time with them and my wife. I hope I can share activities that they enjoy with you along with others that I have found to be useful throughout my years as an educator.
