TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a high school teacher in Australia with over 10 years experience teaching grades 7-12. My main subject areas of expertise are Food Technology, Hospitality Food & Beverage, Hospitality Cookery & Kitchen Operations, Design and Technology, Textiles Technology and Textiles and Design. I'm always on the look out for how I can help my students holistically by developing other resources, tips and tricks to help them achieve, in particular literacy and numeracy activities that I can embed into my programs.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I'm a firm believer in students needing to find and understand their own styles of learning so they can discover the joy in lifelong learning. My aim is to provide a variety of resources, a range of strategies and a growth mindset so that my students can succeed in anything they choose to do.
