By Little Fingers I've worked for the New York City Board of Education since 1990! I teach in the elementary school that I graduated from in the South Bronx. I've been through hundreds of Instructional programs in all content areas.
I'm into making sure that the children are in charge of their classroom. They make decisions on room organization, rewards and consequences. I'm seen as a facilitator. My mini lessons are quick and efficient so that the children can get into smalls groups as fast as possible, cause thats when the magic begins.
