TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I currently work as a special education teacher in an elementary school. I work with students with moderate to severe disabilities kindergarten through 5th grade. Before that I taught as an early childhood educator in an inclusive classroom with students with and without disabilities.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have a very gently and student led teaching style. I learn my students interests and use that to engage them in meaningful lessons in all subject areas. I listen to their needs and wants and use this to create a collaborative and safe learning space for my students to thrive!
