Over the last ten plus years, I have had the opportunity to teach four different grade levels in three different states! My experience in the classroom ranges from resource room specialist to content specialist to co-teacher in an inclusion classroom. My professional passions include engaging with emerging readers; developing, modifying, and adapting curriculum to support diverse learners; and working with our newest teachers to welcome them into the the exhilarating and exhausting profession that is elementary education. I am certified in Elementary Education and Special Education, and hold additional specializations in my state for working with multilingual learners.

I have been honored to receive the designations of both "Distinguished Teacher" and "Master Teacher" at my school. It is truly a joy Ito work with an incredible community of expert staff, engaged families, and enthusiastic students!

When I'm not teaching, you can find me spending time with my husband, my toddler son, and my rescue pup! We're often hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter and feel grateful to enjoy the full four seasons of the Northeast.
