Between us we have 16 years of teaching experience, and we have taught students in grades K-8. Lisa has spent her years focusing on students with autism in New Hampshire. Lesley is teaching in a grade 2 inclusion classroom in the Boston Public Schools.
We strongly believe that learning is hard work, but that as teachers we can make it fun for our students. As former competitive runners, we like to provide students with opportunities to move in the classroom. We aspire to have our students actively participating in school, both mentally and physically. Active participation means that students are engaged and motivated to learn.
While the honors and awards from teaching are sparse, the rewards are endless!
