Kayla's 4th Grade Adventures

While I am still relatively new to the education field, I have know I was going to be a teacher since I was in 2nd grade! I Graduated mid year and was fortunate enough to get a job teaching 1st grade for half a year and only had 12 kids! The next year I moved to 3rd grade and I loved it, and now I am teaching 4th grade!

My main goal in my classroom is to create an environment where all students feel that they are valued and safe! I feel that by fostering this in my classroom students will be more engaged and LOVE coming to school! I am also very passionate about creating life long readers. One of the ways that I do this is by making sure that my students have access to a wide variety of books on all levels, and by creating a reading area in the classroom that is inviting to students!
