TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my fourteenth year teaching. I have worked at the high school, middle school, elementary school level but have spent most of the time in middle school. The lesson plans I post are directly from my classroom and are functional resources that can be used directly after purchase.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love teaching using literature. It is easier for students to access the standards when they have a connecting piece of literature to use to explore them. I enjoy challenging my students to think on their own in such a way that they feel successful communicating their understanding.
