MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy hands on learning in math! In Guided Reading, I see the need for written expression work so after reading, my students will have written follow up work. I am HUGE on interactive read alouds and have inspired my team to follow suit!

Queens University of Charlotte 2016 Teacher of the Year. Gave a presentation in Orlando on the necessity for teaching with ELL strategies to students of all backgrounds.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Queens University of Charlotte Bachelors of Arts in Education (2016) Taught in the Dominican Republic for 2 weeks during my junior year of college- this is where I fell in love with teaching ELL!
